Workshop on 'Promoting mental health & wellbeing among students' organised

Sacred Soul Cambridge School, Village Road, Panjahra, organised a one-day workshop on the CBSE-registered theme “Promoting mental health & wellbeing among students”. The workshop witnessed active participation from teachers of three different schools, making it a collaborative and enriching academic engagement. The session was conducted under the guidance of the main resource person Jagriti Verma, along with co-resource person Saloni Dogra. Through a series of interactive activities and structured discussions, the participants gained valuable insights into identifying mental stress among students and addressing related psychological challenges effectively within the school environment. The workshop focused on practical strategies to support students’ emotional well-being, promote resilience, and create a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to holistic development. Principal Tarsem Kumar Sharma also actively participated in the workshop. Chairman of the school Dr Jagdish Singh emphasised that such workshops play a crucial role in nurturing positive thinking and enhancing the pedagogical competencies of teachers.
