Sirsa Police arrested Ardas Singh near Mattuwala village and seized 1.654 kg of opium (worth Rs 5 lakh). Singh, caught during a patrol, admitted he bought the drugs in Rajasthan for sale near Rania. A case was filed under the NDPS Act.
