Zomato founder and Eternal Vice Chairman Deepinder Goyal’s latest recruitment alert for his wearable startup Temple has taken social media by storm, not just for the tech, but for the eyebrow-raising criteria.

Goyal is on the hunt for engineers who are also athletes and people who would “use what they design and keep pushing it until it’s flawless. He wants employees with less than 16 per cent body fat in men, and, less than 26 per cent in women.

What really caught people’s attention was the flurry of hilarious comments. One user, @AnshulGains, quipped, “Fun fact – to get under 16% body fat for men, they need to quit using the Zomato app.” Another joked, “People who order from Zomato are automatically disqualified.”

The most viral comment read, “3 mahine Ozempic ke injection laga ke body fat kam krne wale apply kr sakte hai kya Sir,”
