On Sunday, the actress described the past two days as “crazy” in a now-viral Instagram story, hinting at tense circumstances while being stranded in the city. Shortly after, she reshared a reel by content creator @chai_with_ahmed, who stated that the UAE remains safe and that security personnel are doing a commendable job maintaining order.

However, hours later, Fakhri posted another story — a photograph of Downtown Dubai’s skyline taken from her apartment — accompanied by a candid note about her mental state.

“No matter what, this feeling of anxiety and dread lingers because you just don’t know what’s gonna happen next. Can’t even get to sleep, your brain is on high alert. It’s so late and I’m wide awake,” she wrote.

The contrasting posts, one amplifying public reassurance and another revealing private unease, have resonated widely with followers, many of whom said her words reflect the silent anxiety people experience even when official assurances are in place.
