US President Donald Trump epic ‘sword dance’ at inaugural Commander-in-Chief Ball left the Secret Service agents "nervous".

Trump danced with a military sword in one hand during the cake-cutting ceremony at the ball.

As he was handed over the sword for ceremonial cake cutting, he started grooving to Village People's YMCA that was playing in the background, leaving netizens in splits and agents " were trying to keep calm".

First Lady Menalia Trump was also present at the ball. She, too, looked amused and danced with Trump.

Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance shared the stage with the first couple. Vance was seen jesting the secret service was getting " anxious and nervous" with the President's dance.

Trump wore a tuxedo to the event and the First Lady stunned in a white sleeveless gown adorned with a black zig-zag pattern at the top and black detailing cascading down. She also wore a thick black choker necklace and silver jewel to complement her dress.
