Wave group to enter affordable segment in Mohali

Wave Infratech that is developing a 255-acre integrated township project, Wave Estate, in Sector 85 and 99 in Mohali recently got completion certificate for its partial development of 171 acres, and completion and occupancy certificate for built up area of approximately 300 independent floors. The possession for the floors is currently being handed over. The group is entering affordable housing segment in Mohali with Dream Homes in Wave Estate. According to HS Kandhari, Director, Wave Estate, there is as huge demand in this segment in Mohali. “With our investment of Rs 200 crore in affordable housing segment, we aim to cater to the popular demand of our customers in this segment”, he added. The 7-acre project will have aorund 1050 2 BHK units priced in the range of Rs 30 lakh.   

Shapoorji Pallonji enters NCR with Gurugram project

Shapoorji Pallonji Group will be entering NCR market with the launch of its residential project under its mid-segment housing brand 'Joyville'. The project launched in Gurugram (Sector 102) will be the fourth project under Joyville brand following Kolkata, Virar and Pune, respectively. Joyville Gurugram spread over 18 acres of land would be home to over 516 families (under phase 1). The development offers different unit configurations of 2 BHK to 3 BHK flats.
