Piramal Vaikunth in Thane

Piramal Realty recently launched a mixed-use development project in sub-urban Thane as the company said it would continue to focus on the metropolis and adjoining areas where it sees vast scope for growth. Designed by Chicago-based architectural firm HOK, the project, Piramal Vaikunth, is spread across 32 acres, and will house 14 towers having 2/3 BHK apartments, duplexes and townhouses.

The first phase of the project would consist of 200 to 300 residential units.

“We have kept a pre-launch offer between September 15 and 27 to select exclusive 2/3 bedroom residences starting at a special price of over Rs 74 lakh. This is applicable for the first 75 units and the per sq ft cost will be around Rs 8,080 for standard units and Rs 8,640 for premium ones,” Piramal Group Executive Director Anand Piramal said.

The 500 sq ft units developed on shop office home office concept as well as the serviced apartments will be priced at 29.95 lakh”. 

The group is also offering easy payment plans and assured return scheme to the buyers. The project will be completed around Diwali in 2017.

Lucknow-based developer New Modern Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., will develop a branded premium luxury residential project in Lucknow in association with Fashion TV. The new project f-Crown will offer world-class residences in the UP Government approved and developed Hi-Tech Township at Lucknow.  The premier themed composite residential realty project under which f-Crown homes are being developed will see an investment of around Rs 1000 crore. The project will be completed within a period of three to four years.
