Americans worldwide may be at risk from groups supportive of Iran, the US Department of State has warned, as the West Asia conflict entered its fourth week on Monday with signs of further escalation across the region.
The worldwide security alert comes amid a rapidly deteriorating security environment following sustained military exchanges between Iran, the United States and Israel since February 28, when coordinated strikes triggered a wider regional conflict that has since spread across the Gulf and beyond.
