Beirut [Lebanon], August 22 (ANI): Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Friday (local time) discussed the "continuation of Israeli aggressions" in Lebanon and the need to ensure the implementation of a framework agreement reached during Lebanon-US-Israel negotiations, Al Jazeera reported.

A statement from the Lebanese Presidency said the two leaders also discussed "the necessity of pressuring Israel to commit to implementing the framework agreement reached in the Lebanese-American-Israeli negotiations in Washington", Al Jazeera reported.
