The social media just cannot get over the dramatic footage of a daring but perfect sideways landing of a plane at Bristol Airport in the UK during Storm Callum.

With strong winds blowing directly crossways on the runaway, it took the pilot a minute to very skillfully land the plane sideways. The footage has earned the pilot a lot of praise on social media.

The pilot pointed the plane's nose in the direction of the wind and hit the runway, thus managing to land it safely sideways.

The dramatic video of the TUI Airways plane has gone viral.

The footage was captured on October 12 and showed the TUI Airways Boeing 757-200 plane being swept from side-to-side as Storm Callum disrupted flights in parts of the UK.
