SSP suspends four police constables

DEHRADUN: Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun, Pushpak Jyoti, today suspended four constables after they were found guilty of negligence during duty hours.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun, Pushpak Jyoti, today suspended four constables after they were found guilty of negligence during duty hours.

 

He said that strict action would be taken against those police officials who would be found guilty of a lethargic approach during duty hours.

 

SP (Traffic) Pradeep Rai submitted a report highlighting that four police constables had deboarded from a security van while shifting inmates from Sidhuwala jail to the court compound.

 

Taking cognizance of the report on laxity on the part police constables, SSP Jyoti suspended Pradeep, Shaukeen, Gopal and Sachin. — TNS
