PGI students bag awards

CHANDIGARH: Three students of MSc Nursing (neuroscience nursing) of the National Institute of Nursing Education (NINE), PGIMER, were awarded in various competitions during ‘SINNCON 2014’, a conference, held at Le Meridian in Coimbatore recently.

Three students of MSc Nursing (neuroscience nursing) of the National Institute of Nursing Education (NINE), PGIMER, were awarded in various competitions during ‘SINNCON 2014’, a conference, held at Le Meridian in Coimbatore recently.

Renu and Ritu bagged the 2nd and 3rd prizes, respectively, in scientific paper presentation. In neuro quiz, the 1st prize was won by Renu and the 2nd and 3rd prizes were won by Ritu and Abhishek, respectively.

In elocution, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes were bagged by Ritu, Renu, and Abhishek, respectively. They also won a consolation prize in an electrical-operated model on the TIA.

The students were accompanied by Dr Sukhpal Kaur, Manju Dhandhapanni and Nadiya, who were the invited faculty to the conference.
