  • We offer both Monthly and Yearly subscription plans so you can choose what suits you best. You’ll have full access to all Tribune Premium benefits throughout your subscription period.
+ Will my membership be renewed automatically?
  • Yes. If you subscribe via our iOS or Android app, your plan will be auto-renewed through your Apple or Google Play account. If you subscribe via our website, you can choose to enable auto-renewal at checkout. For subscribers without auto-renew enabled, we’ll send you a reminder before your subscription expires.
+ Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
  • As with most digital subscriptions, Tribune Premium subscriptions—monthly or annual—are non-refundable. If you subscribed via Apple’s iTunes or Google Play, you can manage or turn off auto-renewal from your device’s subscription settings. For any concerns or exceptions, please write to us at support@tribunemail.com, and we’ll respond within 3 business days. Urgent matters are prioritized and handled within 24 hours.

+ How do I get an invoice for my subscription?

+ Can I access Tribune Premium on all my devices?
  • Yes! Once subscribed, you can log in using your registered email or mobile number and access Tribune Premium across all supported devices—whether desktop, mobile browser, or app.
+ How can I unsubscribe from newsletters that are part of my Premium plan?
  • All newsletters sent under Tribune Premium include an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom. You can opt out anytime by clicking that link in your email.
+ What if my payment was successful but my subscription didn’t activate?
  • No worries. If your payment went through but your premium access was not activated, any debited amount will be refunded within 4–7 working days to your original payment method. If it’s taking longer, feel free to contact your bank or reach out to us at support@tribunemail.com.
