Himachal Pradesh spent Rs 37.58 crore from the Jal Jeevan Mission on rest houses in two constituencies, despite it being against the project's mandate. The state is owed Rs 1,227 crore by the Centre under JJM. The government is spending Rs 1.42 crore on maintenance of rest houses.
