FATEHGARH SAHIB: A World Bank project, worth Rs 12,50 crore, started in 2007 to provide clean drinking water and sanitation facilities in rural areas had been completed, said Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation Surjit Singh Rakhra here on Friday.
