Creator of Rock Garden prepares to celebrate

Thanks to the persistence of Nek Chand, the idea behind the garden, which was conceived way back in the 1970s, has today been accepted by many across the world. So much so that people from other countries are now in the city to share moments of joy with Nek Chand who sees the magical garden enter its 25th year in 2001.
