Training camp concludes: The inter-state Junior Red Cross training cum study camp organised by the state unit of Indian Red Cross Society at Government Girls Senior Secondary School concluded here on Sunday. About 342 students and teachers from about 14 states ,including 20 teams from Punjab , took part in the camp.Invitation for dermatologist: Renowned dermatologist, Dr Ravi Saini ,has been invited to represent Asia and pacific islands in the 16th International AIDS society conference to be held in Toronto from August 13 to 18. According to a letter from the International AIDS conference secretariat, Dr Saini would speak on trends of HIV and Hepatitis-B seropositivity in replacement blood donors—a review of the past decade.

YAJNA CONCLUDES: The week-long
Atharaveda parayan yajna and religious discourse being held by the
Arya Samaj, Sector 7-B, concluded on Sunday. Raju Bighianik, who was
the special guest on the occasion, said the main aim of the human life
was to search God. The president of the samaj, Mr Ravinder Talwar, and
other office-bearers were present on the occasion.
