Yoga guru Baba Ramdev is working towards making yoga a mass movement in the country. Through practice of yoga on regular basis, the Indian people will not only become disease-free but will have a better and relaxed lifestyle.
Talking to mediapersons here today, Baba, who was on his way to Kurukshetra to
hold a two-day yoga camp there from tomorrow, said 35,000 yoga instructors had
already been trained to hold yoga classes in different parts of the country.
