Chandigarh, July 4

With the Delhi police arresting two more people, including the one who shot popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala from a close range, the police have found a new video linked to the case. The video, celebrating the murder, emerged after the phone of the youngest of the shooters, Ankit Sirsa, was scanned.

The purported video shows five men in a car flaunting their guns, celebrating the killing of Moosewala. A Punjabi song can also be heard in the backdrop of the video.

The Delhi Police had arrested Ankit Sirsa (19) and Sachin Bhiwani (25) on Sunday night. The two wanted criminals belong to Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar gang alliance.

It was revealed that Ankit Sirsa was the deadliest and youngest involved in the killing of the singer-turned-politician. He had fired six shots from closest range, police said. He too is a member of Lawrence Bishnoi's gang.

Earlier, Delhi police's Special Cell had arrested three men from Kutch in Gujarat and seized a cache of weapons last month. Eight grenades, 9 electric detonators, 3 pistols and one assault rifle were recovered from the accused, the police said.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, the main accused, has admitted to have been the mastermind in the murder. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, a close aide of Lawrence Bishnoi, had claimed responsibility for organising the singer's murder in a Facebook post.
