Tuesday: Severe cold wave conditions prevailing in parts of Punjab are likely to continue during next two days. Weather was dry in the area. Night temperatures fell in Punjab and changed little in Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. These were appreciably below normal in Punjab, appreciably above normal in Himachal and normal in Haryana. The lowest temperature in the plains was -0.3C recorded at Amritsar.

Warning: Ground frost is likely to occur at a few places in Punjab during next two nights.

Forecast: Mainly sunny days are likely in Haryana, Himachal and Punjab.
