Oct 29 The clearance by the Ministry of Forest and
Environment notwithstanding, the alternate road to
Panchkula from Chandigarh from the back of the Sector 26
Police Lines has again run into problems.

Oct 29 The three-day mega consumer show,
featuring five smaller expositions, got under way
at the Sector 17 Parade Ground here this morning.
The Adviser to the Administrator of Chandigarh,
Mrs Vineeta Rai, inaugurated the show late in the
afternoon by performing a traditional ribbon
