Gujral, had previously tied the knot with Ludhiana-based Vishal Aggarwal, who has all along been denying the allegations levelled by the Home Secretary (HS) in this regard.

CHANDIGARH, Sept 23 — The Punjab Governor, Lt-Gen JFR Jacob (retd), today gave a call to launch a campaign to abolish gender-based discrimination in society.
