over region New Delhi, January 7 Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Uttar Pradesh, fell in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.4°C recorded at Lucknow. Forecast valid until the morning of January 9: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh.
