Baan’s rating

Baan, the leading enterprise application provider for industrial enterprises and part of Invensys Plc, has beaten SAP and Oracle to be rated as the best enterprise application provider in Dataquest-IDC India’s Customer Satisfaction Audit 2003 survey. In the survey, CIOs of large enterprises across India gave top ranking to Baan in four of the five categories assessed - pre-sales and marketing, technical support, compatibility and overall product. IDC India conducted the Customer Satisfaction Audit 2003 survey among 307 enterprise CIOs.
