Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at many places in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, at a few places in east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Kalka 7, Himachal Pradesh: Pandoh 9, Kangra 5, Rajgarh 3, Berthin, Mandi, Nadaun and Solan 2 each and Dharampur, Kandaghat, Nagrotasurian and Rampur Bushar 1 each Punjab: Ropar 3 and Amritsar 1, East Rajasthan: Devli, Jahajpur and Nadoti 13 each, Bhilwara 8, Arwardam, Alwar, Chippabarod and Sarwar 7 each, Dungarpur, Gangapur, Naharsagar, Sharda, Todabhim and Vagandam 6 each, Aspur, Banera, Jetpura, Kalisind, Kothari, Pushkar, Shahpur and Sapotra 5 each, Karauli, Mandal and Umedsagar 4 each, Bhinay, Bisalpur, Kotri, Kekri, Mangliwas, Mojamabad, Rawatbhata, Thanagaji and Vejadam 3 each, Ajmer, Bijoliya, Degana, Helena, Nasirabad and Rajakhera 2 each and Kota A.P. and Udaipur 1 each, West Rajasthan: Jawaidam 13, Raniwada 7, Bhinmal and Banklidam 5 each, Ahore, Hemawas and Jaswantpura 4 each, Jalore, Rajsagar and Siwana 3 each and Jodhpur and Sanchure 2 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Sultanpur 3, Ayodhya, Elginbridge and Hanumansetu 2 each and Balrampur, Chandradeepghat and Chhatnag 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Etawah and Mohana 1 each and Uttaranchal: Haripur 8, Dehra Dun and Tehri 4 each, Joshimath 2 and Rudraprayag 1.
