Rainfall:
Rain or snow has occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.5C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 21: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
