PSEB directed to refund tariff

Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industry has urged the PSEB to refund extra fee charged by it from the consumers by virtue of an order of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission on September 6, 2002. The
order had been challenged by the chamber in the Punjab and Haryana High Court which had stayed
its operation on January 6, 2003.
