Cane farmer gets award

Mr Jasmail Singh, a farmer of Jagraon, was awarded at Singhawala village, near, here today for producing a maximum sugarcane yield per acre area in the state by adopting the ring-pit plantation method.
IGNOU to hold induction meeting

Guru Nanak International Public School organised an inter-school maths competition 2003-04 here today on its premises. At least 90 students from 19 CBSE schools of the city participated in the competition.
