                | | BBBOnline: A
subsidiary of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. The mission of the
BBBonline is to promote trust and confidence in business transactions
conducted over the Internet. The BBBOnLine issues two seals —
BBBOnLine Reliability Seal and BBBOnLine Privacy Seal — that certify
that a Website has met certain standards. Spim: Also
spelled as spIM, spam over instant messaging (IM). Spim is perpetuated
by bots that harvest IM screen names off of the Internet and simulate a
human user by sending spam to the screen names via an instant message.
The spim typically contains a link to a Website that the spimmer is
trying to market. Also referred to as instant spam or the less-intrusive
        sounding IM marketing. Entity relationship
diagram: Also called an entity-relationship model, a graphical
representation of entities and their relationships to each other,
typically used in computing in regard to the organisation of data within
databases or information systems. An entity is a piece of data-an object
or concept about which data is stored. A relationship is how the data is
        shared between entities. Precision: When
used in reference to search engines, the ability of the search engine to
return only relevant documents in the search results instead of
documents that may not have relevance. Words in a search query that have
more than one meaning have a greater chance of returning results that
are not relevant as the search engine can only guess what information
        the user is searching for.
