Farmers urge probe into canal water scarcity

Kisan Sabha, today urged the state government to order a high-level probe into
the complaints of the farmers about the continuous shortage of canal water and
its erratic supply as well as non-reaching of the tail-end villages falling
under the jurisdiction of the Rai water service division in this district.
NHRC seeks top cop’s report in beating case
