Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 35.8C recorded at Bikaner (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 14.0C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of October 20: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of October 20: Mist in the morning. Mainly clear sky. Maximum and Minimum temperatures will be around 32C and 18C respectively.
