Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were normal over the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 43.1C recorded at Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of May 15: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Punjab. Isolated duststorm/thunderstorm is likely in Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of May 15: Mainly clear sky with possiblity of thundry development accompanied with squall in some areas. The maximum temperature will be around 41C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of May 15: Development of thunderclouds is likely in some areas. Squall with wind speed exceeding 65 km/h is likely at isolated places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
