She feels marriage is not an obstacle in a woman’s professional growth and that one needs to be bold and clear in ones’ mind. Simran was in the city today to model for the budding designers of the National Institute of Fashion Design who would showcase their talent at the evening at the Sutlej club during the annual design contest.

Decision on vet, animal sciences varsity hailed

The Punjab State Veterinary Officers Association has hailed the decision of the state government to establish a veterinary and animal sciences university at Ludhiana. It was of the view that the move would go a long way in opening more avenues for veterinary professionals.
