50 farmers attend camp

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Samrala, organised a training camp for farmers in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture at Nulari Kalan village yesterday. In the camp 40 farmers participated.

Amloh girl remains topper in PMET revised result

Karanjot Kaur, a resident of this town, not only maintained her first rank in the state but also improved her secure and got 672 marks out of 772 (87.05 per cent) in the revised pre-medical entrance test (PMET-2005) declared yesterday by Guru Nanak Dev University. Her parents are in medical profession.

The students of Ramgarhia Girls College, Miller Ganj, have bagged three top positions in M.A. II ( Music Vocal) exams. Pawandeep Sohal bagged third position while Harpreet Kaur and Meenu Kalra sixth and seven respectively. All toppers were congratulated by the Principal.
