Monsoon has further withdrawn from remaining parts of east Uttar Pradesh. Withdrawal line passes through Raxol, Motihari, Patna, Daltanganj, Pendra, Seoni, Khandawa, Surat, Latitude 20N, longitude 69E.

Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures changed little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 38C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure:They were normal over the region.The lowest temperature in the plains was 18.2C recorded at Jaipur.
