Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 38.4C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.
