Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir) has recorded 1 cm of precipitation.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperature rose appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.0C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of 13th November 2005: Rain/snow will occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttaranchal.
