Bansal must step down, says Jain
Row over MPLAD fund

Accusing Congress MP Pawan Kumar Bansal of “misusing” his office, Mr Satya Pal Jain, a former BJP MP and a member of the national executive of the party, today demanded an investigation by a parliamentary committee into the issue of Mr Bansal giving money from the MPLAD fund to the Chandigarh Golf Club and in return getting an Honorary membership.

Janta Land Promoters gets notice for violating norms

The Department of Industries, Punjab, has issued a show-cause notice to Janta Land Promoters Limited (JLPL) for allegedly violating the conditions laid down by the department for the development of the residential component of the company’s mega industrial project in Mohali.
