Privatisation of civic services emphasised
Chandigarh, June 20
Calling for increased participation of private sector in developing infrastructure at the municipal level, Punjab Finance Minister, Mr Surinder Singla, today said despite the best efforts of the state government, adequate civic services were not being provided.

356 part-time workers not paid for over 2 years
