Russian students greet PAU VC

An eight-member Russian delegation from Moscow State University of Agro-Engineering
(MSAU), led by vice-rector of international programme of the varsity Dr Konstantin
Malashenkov, which is on a 15-day visit to the Punjab Agricultural University interacted with PAU vice-chancellor Dr Manjit Singh Kang, here today.

CSIR sanctions Rs 22.5 lakh projects
Ludhiana, January 28
The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi, has sanctioned two projects worth Rs.22.5 lakh to the Punjab Agricultural University for undertaking research on extruded products and use of cereal brans in foods.

Management institute opened

K.E. Institute of Management Sciences here on Saturday. The institute would provide training to airport handling staff, air ticketing and travel agency business, retail management courses for malls and diploma in travel and tourism.
