Woman sets herself afire at PGI

A patient undergoing treatment for depression committed suicide by setting herself afire at the OPD of the PGI here today. The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old
Suman, a resident of Sector 37 here.

Leopard alive, but not drawn to bait

After a long wait of five days, officials of the UT forest and wildlife department finally managed to see the leopard stuck in a pipe at the Air Force station. Earlier, the officials could only see his eyes, but in the wee hours of today, they saw the leopard come close to the cage, but it went back inside the pipe.
