Akalis shine in ZP elections

The Akali Dal has SAD candidate from Alamgir Updesh Singh celebrates his victory in the block samiti poll with his supporters in Ludhiana on Tuesday. Zila parishad poll results
SAD clean sweep in Jagraon

Jagraon, May 21
The ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has made a clean sweep in Jagraon tehsil in the Zila Parishad elections. The candidates belonging to the ruling party have emerged victorious in all the three Zila Parishad Zones that fall under Jagraon tehsil. The results of the votes polled on Sunday for electing the Zila Parishad members from the Hehran, Purain and Manuke zones that fall under Jagraon tehsil were declared today.
