Reiterates commitment to resolve issues with neighbouring nations through dialogue
New Delhi, October 30
Wishing Pakistan success in combating terrorism, the Prime Minister today said India desired to see democracy take deep roots in South Asian countries and declared New Delhi’s commitment to resolve all outstanding issues with them through dialogue and in a spirit of partnership.

Four feared killed in IAF chopper crash
Jammu, October 30
An Indian Air Force (IAF) chopper crashed and plunged into the Chenab at Trungal in Doda district today. The rotors of the ill-fated chopper got entangled in the cable of a ropeway hung by the locals to cross the river.

Centre bans pre-paid mobile services in J&K

Following reports that they were being given without proper verification, the Union government today decided to ban pre-paid mobile phone connections in Jammu and Kashmir from Sunday.
