CHANDIGARH, Aug 24 — Making sounds like 'pack..pack...chick...chick', they marched as if they were members of some royal band, all dressed alike. And the mesmerising sight of 12 ducklings was enough to pull a big crowd in the busy Sector 17 for about four hours this morning.
