KHARAR, June 19 — The head of a newly born infant was found in Dashmesh Nagar in Kharar this afternoon. Mr Rajinder Singh Sohal, SHO, Kharar, when contacted, said the police was informed this afternoon on phone that a dog was seen carrying the head and upper portion of a child, and when it was cornered, it dropped the head there.
