CHANDIGARH, May 27 — The Punjab Sangeet Natak Akademi in collaboration with the North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala, today held a festival of folk dances of India at the Punjab Arts Council, Rose Garden, Sector 16.The festival started off with 'bohag bihu', which began with male dancers coming on to the stage with 'pepa' and 'dhols'.
