Encroachments removed CHANDIGARH, Nov 16 — The enforcement staff of the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh removed encroachments from public land in Sectors 39-A and 47-D here today. According to sources, angle irons, barbed wires and hedges, which had virtually come to the road berms, were removed by the staff.
