Saturday: Moderate to severe coldwave conditions are prevailing in Punjab. Moderate cold wave conditions are prevailing in parts of Haryana including Chandigarh. Weather was dry in the area. Night temperatures changed little in the area. These were below normal in Himachal and markedly below normal in Haryana and Punjab. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.5C recorded at Ludhiana.
