Sunday: Cold wave conditions are prevailing in most parts of Punjab and in some parts of Haryana. The weather remained dry in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. The night temperatures changed a little in the area. These were markedly below normal in Punjab, appreciably below normal in Haryana and normal in Himachal Pradesh. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.7C recorded at Amritsar.
