Gani Bhat, brother of former top Hizbul Mujahideen commander
Zaffar Abdul Fateh, outside his residence in the Bagh-e-Mehtab
area, a senior police official said
here. Bhat was shot at and grievously injured by militants at
around 10.30 a.m.
